Today’s business decision-makers have a strong incentive for removing barriers to female managers’ success, as women account for an increasing share of the global work force. But while the need to improve the environment for women may be clear, what often puzzles policymakers is how to address this complex issue within their individual organizations. Because the barriers to women’s leadership differ from company to company, a one-size-fits-all solution will not be effective.

She is responsible for developing Catalyst’s memberships and partnerships in Europe and addressing the global diversity needs of existing European Catalyst members. Before joining Catalyst, she gained extensive corporate experience in human resource planning and consulting as the Managing Director of the Paradigm Group. She is a frequent lecturer and presenter on her broad scope of expertise at such institutions as the International Institute fro Management Development (IMD) in Lausanne; Institute for Human Resource Management, University of St. Gallen; the London School of Economics and Political Science; the Yale School of Organization and Management, Yale University.
